Effective August 25, 2026 · Fund Launch Partners
FLP Command is a private, internal application operated by Fund Launch Partners ("FLP"). It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the public. Access is limited to authorized FLP personnel.
FLP Command may connect to business systems that FLP or an authorized user has approved. Where a connection is authorized, the Application accesses only the information required for FLP's own internal business purposes, and only for as long as that connection remains in place. The Application does not collect information from members of the public.
Information available to the Application is used solely for FLP's internal business purposes. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling of any kind.
Access to the Application requires authentication and is restricted to authorized personnel. Credentials and authorization tokens are held in encrypted form and are not exposed to end-user devices. FLP applies administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Application.
An authorized connection to a third-party system may be revoked at any time, either from within the Application or from the third-party system itself. Once revoked, the Application no longer has access to that system.
Information is retained only as long as needed for the internal purposes described above, and is deleted or rendered inaccessible thereafter in accordance with FLP's internal practices.
FLP may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version.
