These terms govern use of FLP Command (the "Application"), operated by Fund Launch Partners ("FLP"). By accessing the Application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Application.
The Application is a private, internal fund-operations tool. It is not a consumer product, is not offered or sold to the public, and confers no right of access to anyone other than authorized FLP personnel. Access is granted at FLP's discretion and may be revoked at any time.
Authorized users may use the Application solely for FLP's internal business operations. Users may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to access data or systems beyond the scope of their authorization, and may not use the Application in violation of any applicable law or of the terms of any connected third-party service.
The Application can connect to third-party business systems when an authorized user with the necessary rights grants that connection. Such connections are read-oriented and remain subject to the terms of the third-party service. A connection may be revoked at any time from within the Application or from the third-party service.
Information presented in the Application is provided for internal operational purposes only. It does not constitute accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation with respect to any security.
The Application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. FLP does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any figure it displays is complete or accurate, and may modify or discontinue it at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to use of the Application.
FLP may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after a revised version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revision.
